Join us for an action-packed week.  Our team has spent lots of time crafting a schedule that is well worth your time.   Whether you are jump starting, restarting or moving along in your journey, you will find plenty to do!

Here is a snapshot of the type of programming offered onboard our WW Cruise!

Weight Watchers Meetings

Get guidance and motivation from a trained Leader who has been in your shoes and is dedicated to helping you lose or maintain your weight and form healthy habits; plus, get the support of members just like you.  You will have the opportunity to meet a community of allies who will cheer you on, rein you in, and always have your back. Participate as much—or as little—as you like!

One-on-One Sessions/Walk In and Weigh

Stop by to chat privately with Weight Watchers Leaders that have a vast treasury of tips and tricks to help you live the life you want, on board and beyond! You can also fit in a confidential and private weigh-in to help you stay on track while cruising.

While scales may vary slightly from your home meeting room, it’s a great way to keep up with your progress and stay inspired.  A vacation is the perfect opportunity to put yourself first with a quick check-in.

WW Meetups

Share stories, challenges, and triumphs with like-minded members on similar journeys at our casual Meetups scheduled throughout the week.

Aqua Fit

A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries. Get fit with this exciting water workout, starting with a gentle warm-up then easing into the exercises using your own body weight supported by a pool noodle. Easy on the joints, typically 45 minutes of water fun, this class will have you splashing your way to improved strength and leave you ready to enjoy the rest of the day. 

Ask the Chef

Not sure where to start in the kitchen? Want to switch up some of your favorite standby meals? Need to learn how to core a pear or prep an avocado? One of our guest chefs will lead a question-and-answer session to help you learn the basics, set up your kitchen for success, update your go-to meals by infusing them with new spices, and more.

Back to the Basics: Fit 101

In this workshop (not workout) you will learn about the progression principle—where to start and how to work up to the next level—and its importance to safe, effective physical activity. Our instructor will review the fundamentals of the top exercises found in many popular group classes, including how to perform a proper squat, push-up, and more!

Body Confidence: Reflection Affection

Do you struggle with body image? Do you look in the mirror and not like what you see? Body confidence is an essential element of living beyond the scale. In this interactive workshop you will practice guided breathing exercises and discuss ways to stop focusing on the things you don’t like and start focusing on and celebrating your body and what it can do.

Chair Yoga

Just think of gaining all the benefits of a yoga practice without leaving the comfort and support of a chair—no mat required. You’ll enhance your strength, balance, and flexibility through the supported poses, including gentle hip openers, twists, forward folds, backbends, and sun salutations. Connecting the breath with the movement increases relaxation and promotes the mind/body connection that yoga has been known for through the centuries.

Cooking Hacks: It’s a Cocktail Party

Yes! It is possible to stay on track and still enjoy your favorite foods—from crunchy fried apps to rich chocolate treats and craft-style cocktails. Our guest Chef will share some of their top tricks for slashing the SmartPoints values in typically decadent dishes. Sample menu: Rosemary-Grapefruit Gin Fizzes, Crispy Oven-Fried Coconut Shrimp, and Ganache-Glazed Flourless Chocolate Cupcakes…all perfect for entertaining, too!

Cooking Hacks: Mexican Happy Hour

One of our guest Chefs will show you tips and tricks to enjoying happy hour and staying on track. Mexican snacks and drinks can often be high in SmartPoints values, your chef may kick off the party with refreshing White Peach Sangria, then show you how to whip up Pulled Chicken Nachos with zero SmartPoints value Roasted Tomatillo Salsa Verde for happy hour back home.

Cooking Hacks: Zero Points® Recipes

Learn how to make delicious soups, dips, salads and more. all for zero SmartPoints value! One of our guest Chefs will share their best cooking tips and tricks and give you a taste of some of their favorite zero Points recipes—just like the ones you’d enjoy on the cruise!

Do-It-Yourself Updos

In a hair rut? Over the ponytail? No time or skill for an elaborate style? Have some fun playing with your hair and becoming empowered as you discover styling skills, tips, and tricks to transform your look for a casual play day or an elegant date night by putting your hair up. During this hands-on workshop, you will learn and practice some easy yet beautiful styles you can do yourself. Changing your hairstyle can change your whole persona.

Freestyle: Why and How?

You are so much more than a number on the scale. Weight Watchers new program, Freestyle, understands that each person’s definition of success is unique. Weight Watchers has pledged to help you eat better, move more, and shift your mind-set. But what exactly does that mean, and how do you do it? Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Gary Foster will walk you through food, physical activity, and mindset, and explain why they matter, the science behind them, and how to make sustainable changes.

Guided Visualization

Mindfulness can improve your well-being, life satisfaction, optimism, and self-esteem. It can also help you balance your emotions and reduce stress. Come practice mindfulness through guided visualizations that use the power of your breath to engage the relaxation response in your body and create awareness in your mind.

Living and Losing

Do you dread your co-workers asking you to join them at the latest happy hour hot spot? Do you dodge the carpool members’ invitations to try the latest bakery in town? Are you on the dating scene? Whatever the situation may be, we’ve all been there. Come share your favorite tips or hear from others who have mastered the art of socializing while tracking SmartPoints values.

Look Good, Feel Good!

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. What is your fashion persona? What is your color palette?  Find out through a couple of fun quizzes and use this new knowledge to dress to bring out your best for any occasion. Learn how to use a few key separates, mix and match, and have fun with accessories. By dressing your best, you will experience increased poise and confidence to fuel you along your journey.

Making Healthy Connections

Learning new information can be challenging. Understanding how your brain creates connections while learning can increase your persistence, stamina, and success level.

During this workshop you will learn more about your mind while sharing successes and challenges on your WW journey.

Magical Mindful Drawing

Want to relax and learn to draw at the same time? To learn to do just that, join our guest artist, who has trained thousands of budding artists over the years. During this session you’ll pick up some simple tricks of the trade and get a chance to practice them. You’ll be engrossed in the rewarding activity of drawing, allowing you a break in your day. Not only will you be amazed at how much you’ll improve your drawing abilities, you will leave with a great new skill to try when you’re feeling stressed.

Mat Core Conditioning

Hit the deck for a series of exercises designed to strengthen your abs, glutes, hamstrings, and back. Timed intervals allow you to work at your own pace through various exercise options for crunches, bridges, planks, and more. This class will leave you feeling stable and strong. 

Member Spotlight: Couch Potato to Fit

Losing weight is challenging; braving the gym for the first time might be even more so. Learn how one of our members inched her way from coach potato to fit, and explore all the crazy activities they tried along the way, from hot yoga to dance classes on the giant piano from the movie Big.

Member Success: Goal Setting

Join one of our members as she talks about how she stayed inspired and motivated through losing 100 pounds. Explore her goal-setting strategies that have nothing to do with weight and everything to do with how she got to her happiest, healthiest life yet.

Real World Skills for the Journey | Key Note Speaker May 2018 Cruise

Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Gary Foster presents a handful of practical skills for a successful weight loss journey, including how to decipher between internal and external hunger; identify unhelpful thinking styles and give them a reality check; deal with setbacks and recover from lapses; and practice self-compassion.

Resistance Band Camp

Take a resistance band, combine it with basic cardio moves, and what do you get? A fun workout that tones your upper body, lower body, and core. This timed intervals–based class allows you to work at your own pace, with the option of using Ultra Toner and Xertube bands and gliders for more intensity.

Shift Your Mindset

It’s not just about eating better and moving more: Half the battle of losing weight is about being in the right frame of mind. A shift in your mind-set will help you gain greater self-awareness to make different choices, so you can achieve your goals and become a happier, healthier you. STRONG by Zumba®

Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.

Visualize Your Life!

A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate, and maintain focus on specific life goals. During this hands-on workshop you will visualize and create an image of what you want to experience, achieve, and feel in your life. You’ll leave with a vision board representing and focusing on specific life goals, to take with you when you disembark the ship.

Walk 15®

This fun, high-energy fitness class is designed with walking-based moves for participants of all activity levels, all ages, and all walks of life. It takes the best features of low-impact aerobic-style group exercise and keeps you moving to the speed of the music. Use the beat to boost your energy and inspire you to get through the toughest part of the workout; use the cooldown and stretch to create a calming effect.

WW for the Family

Join us as we discuss creating your own support team at home. Learn fun and creative ways to involve your kids, significant other, extended family, and friends on your journey. We’ll discuss everything from family meal planning to fun activities that get you and yours moving more.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga focuses on the body’s connective tissue. In this class, we will release deep tension in the neck, shoulders, upper back and hips with a gentle 45-minute yin practice that will help you relax after an exciting day.

Yoga 101: Foundations

Have you always wanted to try yoga? Come join us for the class, in which we will explore the foundation of yoga and basic yoga postures. Move through classic poses and connect to the breath. Our instructor will provide plenty of modifications so you can make each pose your own. They’ll introduce basic alignment principles to keep you safe and happy in your practice.

Yoga Morning Flow

Start your day with a fun and invigorating morning flow. This mindful, strength-building class features steady flows to help sharpen your focus and enliven your day. You’ll practice classic poses and creative movements that will keep your interest piqued as you move your mind, body, and breath as one.

Yoga Therapy for Lower Back Pain

Looking for a yoga practice that may relieve lower back discomfort or pain? This class, taught by one of our certified instructors, will help you create and maintain low-back stability. The movements and postures in this session can aid in relieving nearly all low-back discomfort. This class will focus on slow, mindful movements and help you release tension in your lower back.

Zumba® Fitness

Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low- and high-intensity moves for an interval-style calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and world music rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
